Please contact our team at booking@collectiveholiday.com.au or call on 0493 556 998 with an approximate time of arrival. You will be met at the property by us to collect your apartment keys (unless advised otherwise), not through the resort reception.</li><li>Credit card surcharges may apply, if you wish to avoid this charge, please contact us for our bank details and you can opt to do a transfer instead.</li><li>Deposit – A non-refundable $200 deposit per booking is required upon booking to secure your reservation.</li><li>Final balance – Your accommodation must be paid 14 days prior to arrival (30 days prior for Dec/Jan bookings). If the booking is made within this time frame the full amount must be paid upon booking. If the deposit or final payment is not received by the due date Collective Holiday Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking and keep your deposit.
